At Ayoub's Dried Fruits & Nuts, we take pride in the quality of our hand-roasted products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Provide photos of the product and packaging if there is damage or a quality concern so we can expedite the review process.

  Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the items back to our roastery.

  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund or store credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
